Wolfloyee is a Slack-native Team Harmony product. Once a month, each person rates skills, collaboration, and impact in a private Slack DM. It takes about a minute. Who is Wolfloyee for?
Wolfloyee is for US tech teams that already work in Slack, usually product and engineering orgs of about 15 to 80 people. The job is an early monthly signal a manager can finish. It is not built as a global HR suite, a job board, or a public company review site. If your team does not use Slack, Wolfloyee is the wrong tool.
How does the monthly Team Harmony pulse work?
A workspace admin Adds Wolfloyee to Slack at https://wolfloyee.com/slack/install. The roster syncs from the workspace. Each month Wolfloyee sends three Team Harmony questions in a private Slack DM: skills, collaboration, and impact. Teammates do not need a Wolfloyee login just to respond. The same three questions repeat so last month and this month sit on one chart.
Why are Team Harmony answers anonymous until n≥3?
Wolfloyee hides Team Harmony Insights until at least three people answer so one reply cannot single anyone out. Managers then see team averages, not names next to scores. If fewer than three people answer, Insights stay locked. Named conversations belong in a 1:1. The pulse is for the team pattern.
How much does Wolfloyee cost?
Wolfloyee public beta is free. No credit card is required to Add to Slack, create a company account, or send pulses. After beta the company pays $1 USD per employee per month, billed at month-end headcount. Example: 10 people that month is $10. There is no annual plan. Wolfloyee will tell the account owner before anything is charged.
What is Wolfloyee not?
Wolfloyee is not Culture Amp, Officevibe, or 15Five. Those are engagement or people suites. It is not a Glassdoor or LinkedIn clone: jobs, salaries, and public company directories redirect home. It is not a public Slack channel poll. Adjacent tools (office planner, benefits Insights, packages) sit beside the pulse. They do not turn Wolfloyee into an HRIS.
