The Challenge
Friction shows up late if you only listen in reviews
Exit interviews are a trailing indicator. So are annual engagement PDFs. Small teams need a monthly signal while people still answer honestly. Wolfloyee is built for that window: private Slack DMs, three fixed questions, scores that stay hidden until enough teammates reply.

The Solution & Features
A monthly Slack habit, not another survey project
Skip the 40-question launch. Add to Slack or start free, send one Team Harmony pulse, and read Insights when n≥3. The same product also covers Benefits single-question Insights, packages and gifts with shipping ack, and an employee panel with privacy-first PII requests. Start with the pulse. Add the rest when you need them.

Three fixed metrics
Skills, collaboration, and impact every month so trends compare cleanly.
Private by default
Slack DM and email links. Not a channel blast. Anonymity until n≥3.

Insights you can act on
One harmony view for managers, plus personal trend for employees who create an account.
Install path that finishes
Add to Slack, claim the workspace, send the first pulse without a six-week rollout.
See it
The workspace you actually open
Pulse insights, people, and hybrid seating live in the same dashboard — not a PDF, not a whiteboard photo.
Private DM
Three questions. About a minute.
Question 1
Skills — did you grow this month?
Question 2
Collaboration — did pairing work?
Question 3
Impact — did the work land?

Our Mission
Built by people who watched Slack replace the water cooler
We care about the boring habit: same week, same three questions, honest answers. Free during beta. Soft CTAs: Start free or Add to Slack.
Wolfloyee is a monthly team harmony pulse that lives in Slack, not in another survey tool your team will ignore. Once a month we send three private questions about skills, collaboration, and impact. Answers stay hidden until at least three teammates reply, so a single frustrated comment cannot be traced back to one person. Managers get one score they can act on. Employees who create an account can see their own trend without broadcasting it to the channel.
Most engagement programs fail because they are huge. Forty questions, a six-week launch, a PDF that sits in a Drive folder. We designed the opposite: one Slack DM, about a minute, the same three metrics every cycle so the chart is comparable. You add Wolfloyee to Slack or start free from the website, claim the workspace, and send the first pulse the same day. There is no credit card during beta.
Team harmony here means whether people can do their job, work with each other, and see that the work matters. Skills is the first question. Collaboration is the second. Impact is the third. We do not rotate a forty-item bank, so last month and this month sit on the same scale. The score is for the group, not a leaderboard. Use it before the next retro, not as a performance rating stuffed into HR software.
The product also covers a single-question Benefits pulse, packages and gifts with shipping acknowledgement, and an employee panel for privacy-first PII requests. Start with the harmony pulse. Add the rest when the team is ready. If you only need a monthly signal while people still answer honestly, this is the habit: same week, same questions, honest answers, one follow-up.
Get started
Run one cycle before the next retro
Start free to create a company account, or Add to Slack if your workspace admin is ready to install. Either path gets you to a first pulse without buying an enterprise suite.
