Wolfloyee LLC ('Wolfloyee,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us') respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Wolfloyee team pulse.

Information We Collect

We collect work email, company name, and optional company website when you create an account; Slack workspace and member emails when you connect Slack; pulse ratings (skills, collaboration, and impact); and usage data such as IP address, browser type, and device information. Individual pulse answers stay hidden. Harmony scores are shown only as aggregates when at least three people respond.

Slack data

When you add Wolfloyee to Slack we receive the workspace ID and name, the installer Slack user ID and email, member names, work emails, Slack user IDs, and profile photos. We use this to sync the company roster and send private pulse DMs. We do not request Slack channel message history. Slash-command and Events API payloads may include Slack user IDs; we use them to deliver DMs and do not sell them.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run the monthly pulse, sync the company roster, compute anonymous harmony scores, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing Your Information

We may share data with infrastructure and analytics providers that host or measure the service (for example Railway, Firebase, and Google Analytics after you accept cookies). We share data with legal authorities when required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep company, Slack roster, and pulse records while the workspace is connected and the company account is active. After you disconnect Slack or email info@wolfloyee.com to request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal reasons.

We comply with GDPR and CCPA where they apply and use standard security measures to protect your data.
