    An admin clicks Add to Slack

    Slack shows the permissions below. After Allow, Wolfloyee syncs names and work emails for the roster. Nothing is posted in public channels.

  2. 02

    Claim the workspace

    The installer gets an email from info@wolfloyee.com with a link to create the company account. Teammates never need one.

  3. 03

    The first pulse goes out

    Each person gets a private DM with three questions and score buttons. The score appears once three people have answered.

Seven bot permissions, each for one job. Wolfloyee does not ask for channel history, so it cannot read your conversations.

Why a DM, and not a channel poll.

A poll in #general is public. People answer for the room, the loudest voices set the tone, and by next week it has scrolled away.
